Our next monthly afternoon tea is on Wednesday 19th June at 2.00pm in the Church Hall.
All adults are welcome. Do come and bring a friend, relative or neighbour. In addition to our usual tea/coffee and home-made cakes we will be having strawberries and cream to celebrate the Summer!

DEMENTIA TRAINING
Our All Saints’ pastoral visiting team is undertaking training on Saturday 29th June and would like to invite any other interested members of the congregation to join us. The training will be delivered by Mary Monkhouse, a member of St Mary’s Church Woolton. She is a Dementia Friend, which is an initiative of the Alzheimer’s Society. She will help us to understand some of the ways in which we can support those who are living with dementia and their carers.
The programme will be as follows: 10.15am Pastoral visitors arrive. Coffee 10.30am All other participants arrive. Coffee 12.00pm Close

Childwall in Bloom
OPEN GARDEN
Childwall in Bloom will be holding its annual Open Garden event at Liverpool Hope University on Saturday 15th June 2024 from 1pm – 4pm at Hope Park Campus, CONFERENCE CENTRE
Free Admission • Free Parking • Plant Sale • Music • Open Garden
Tea, coffee and cakes will be available, you can tour the gardens of Hope Park Campus. Meet friends and neighbours and find out what is taking place in the area.
This year we will be joined by other local community groups and live music will be provided by some of our excellent local musicians, including Childwall Community Choir. Activities for children will be available throughout the event.
We are sorry we are unable to accept card payments at this time.

Morning Prayer
Did you know that All Saints have a regular online service of Morning Prayer on Monday and Friday mornings?
Starting at 8am for around 30 minutes, this is a great way to begin your day.
We use the Common Worship service format (shared by Anglican Christians around the world!), focussing on God’s will for our lives, praying for the congregation and the parish of All Saints Childwall.
In 2 Chronicles 7:14 it says “if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
Why not join us? It is a great way to connect with other members of the congregation, and participate in life of the church through fellowship and prayer.
